NH Collection Guadalajara Providencia

I have been in Madrid, Paris, NY city, and this is by far the best hotel ever in my book. The attention to detail is unbelievable. The room was immaculate, the automatic curtains detail was an amazing experience. The 24 hours room service were really fast and efficient in any question or petition. The restaurants around the hotel are one of the best in the country. I will come back soon just to live the experience again. Thank you.

The hotel was beautiful, seemed new, everything was nice. The staff was very kind and willing to help. The room was very big, which was nice. I loved a light under the bed that turned on automatically, so to go to the bathroom you didn't need to turn on the light.

The room was beautifully decorated, with plush bedding and stunning views of the city. The amenities, such as the spa and fitness center, were top-notch and helped me relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. What I liked best, however, was the exquisite dining options. The restaurant's innovative menu and impeccable service made every meal a culinary delight.
